Upon receipt of your invoice, you can make payment via bank transfer. Our bank details will be stated on the invoice. We also accept PayPal, mobile money through MTN and Airtel Uganda, and other payment methods.

We accept all quantities.

We have designed our website to be as convenient and easy as possible to navigate. Just log in to your account, add products to your basket, then go through the checkout process. After the order has gone through, you will have the option to print your order and view it in ‘My orders’ in your account.

Once you have placed an order, our team is notified instantly. A member of our Customer Operations team will be in touch to confirm your order details and delivery requirements.

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we cannot accept returns. However, if your stock arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of receiving the goods to discuss the options available.

Shipping rates can be discussed with a member of our team once an order has been placed. They will contact you as soon as your order has gone through. Rates vary depending on what has been ordered and where your order is being shipped.

Yes, you can collect your order from our Bugolobi branch between the hours of 08:00am and 16:00pm. You will need your consignment number, telephone details, National Identity card, and order number when collecting your order.

Currently, we only deal within East Africa. However, customers outside Uganda must arrange for all shipping requirements out of Uganda.
